Very friendly dropped our car off at 8 am we were called within the hour with the repairs necessary , car was ready by 1 o’clock. I would highly recommend.

My X5 Check Engine Light was on. I spent $$$$ in two shops but they could not fix it. I finally got it fixed at Motor Works West. Their guys are trained to work on BMWs. So I would recommend BMW owners go to Motor Works West directly if you don't want to pay more at the dealers or have your car messed up by somebody else.
