Just picked up my x7 after brake flush and oil change. Great, friendly service and 40% cheaper than the dealer and other independent shop. Dropped if off this morning, and picked it up 2 hours later. All maintenance alerts were reset as well as they have all the same tools as a BMW dealer service center. We sell a lot of BMWs in the area, and we will recommending MWW to our clients. Had a dead battery that I nor a tow truck driver could jump start, so I had my 435 towed to this shop. Turns out the battery couldn't hold a charge, so it needed to be replaced. Steve and the guys took care of everything and got me in and out of there with a new battery in probably under an hour! I also mentioned that my cigaret lighter wasn't working when discussing if maybe I had an electrical issue before finding that the battery was shot. To my surprise they fixed that at no charge! Much appreciated! I've had a great experience every time I've come to this shop! My BMW friends have also had great experiences as well!

Got taken advantage of, a lot of guesswork. Perfect example as the other one star reviews. This could or could not repair your issue but we think this it is because we checked everything else. Issue was never resolved until I took it to the dealership.

My X6 is older and had an expensive problem. I so appreciated the team at Motor Works West explaining everything thoroughly with all options..and then before committing to the "expensive" part, double checking that I had the correct diagnosis..who even does that anymore.
