Fair and honest! Motor Works is both of these things. I have been using them to maintain my kids' cars for the past few years. Others told me that new brakes, tires, wheel alignment, fluid flushes, etc, were needed. Went to Motor Works to find out that many of these services were not due. I would not trust anyone else with my BMWs.

My family has been working with them for over three decades. Top quality mechanics and professional garage for BMW owners. Prices are fair and very honest team, including John, who goes beyond what you can get at a “fancy” BMW service center.

Always prompt, personal and professional service at a reasonable price. A few times I had work done that I really expected to cost more, which is always a nice surprise, especially when being used to BMW dealer pricing. Highly recommended these guys.

Battery and low voltage issues caused our 2009 BMW 335i to go into limp mode. Steve and his team quickly traced the problem back to corrosion in the DME. Steve replaced the DME and brought someone in to reinstall the software. Car ran fine at first but then started throwing codes. Steve and his guys know the N94 engine very well and noticed coolant wicking up from the water pump through the sensor back into the DME. Had to then replace the water pump, which was a costly repair. The car is now running great, but it did cost almost $3900. Despite the unexpected cost, I would go back to Motor Works because of their expertise and knowledge of the N94 engine.

They discuss all of my car’s maintenance needs and repairs with me extensively so I can always make an informed decision. Excellent customer care, always! I’d never take my BMW anywhere else!
