Steve and crew are awesome, I've been using them since I got my M550. Service is always fast and top notch. To show you how dedicated they are to quality I've watched them actually use a torque wrench on oil drain plugs. Good luck getting that attention to detail at a dealer. While that should be the standard, we all know it never is at most places. If you are looking for a great shop this is it.

First time here and I am beyond happy! I was nervous to bring my car anywhere other than a BMW dealership, but after visiting this place i'll probably never go back to one! The men are super knowledgable and friendly. I broke the drivers side mirror and needed to order a specific part. Once the part arrived I brought my car back in and literally did not even wait a full 15 mins! I was shocked and delighted!! I would've probably waited at least an hour and a half at the dealership. This place is extremely sufficient and I will absolutely return for regular maintenance in the future.
