You can tell they care a great deal about their craft and workmanship. When an undiagnosed issue was discovered, it was taken care of beyond the normal shop hours so that I could get my car back on time. I’ve used their service twice. Both have been great. First, I had to get my filters replaced. The BMW dealer quoted me with outrageous price but the Motor Works West offered me much better quotes. Also, they were kind enough to quickly get my car ready within 30 min. Secondly, I had the amber engine warning light. The other bmw motor shop told me to come back for an extensive diagnostic tests. N however Motor Works West immediately offered me 3 options to choose from. I firmly believe that the Motor Wrst Works is a honest business. No BS. Just honest work. I strongly recommend them if you need help on BMW

Steve, John and team are knowledgable, responsive and fair. While I pass a number of BMW dealers and repair shops My GPS knows bring it to Motorworks West.
