This was my exclusive shop when I owned a 540 Sport a few years back. I trusted Dave and MWW for regular maint as well as substantial Dinan upgrades, all of which were done to my high satisfaction, on time, and as per quote. I'm now pleased to be a customer again with a very special classic BMW and am getting the same courteous, professional, and expert service I was accustomed to years back.

Dave is a pleasure to work with. He's honest and available and willing to talk through all of the nuances of BMW ownership. Would not bring my car anywhere else!

Not a good customer experience. Very rude and unprofessional. Had been long time customer with them. Last time, I turned the car in, my car's cup holder was perfectly working fine, except the outside flap fell off. Dave said, he will try to glue it. When I got my car back, the flap was not glued and on top of it, the cup holder was not closing in. When asked, he said, he tried to fix it and spring came out. There was no need to open the holder when they needed just to glue outside flap. When asked to put back the spring, he kept saying that, as I'm quoting his words - "I won't put it back, it's end of the conversation." And, hung up on the phone to their long time customers. I have my all bills. When i have spent thousands of dollars in servicing with them over the years, I wouldn't ever try to unethically fight just for $150 new cup holder! I wouldn't even bother if they told me that yes, they broke and can't be fixed. I understand, it can happen sometime. But, Dave's total denial that he didn't break it and , the way, I was being treated and that too, with their horrible service, I needed to spend time to write this review. Never recommend to anyone. Go to them at your risk.

Waste of time - waited 2 weeks for Dave to get a part back from a customer to test out a radio on my X5. After about 10 minutes he realized it was not a compatible model and he still had the nerve to charge me $50. Never going back.

Dave is excellent!!!! he knows a lot about BMWs. He will not recommend any work unless it is absolutely required. very honest, reliable and pleasure to work with. I had a coolant leak recently and called up the workshop, Dave looked at previous service notes from more than a year back and was quick to point out the issue on phone. Took it to him and fixed it in 10 mins.. Highly recommend for all your BMW needs

If you are like me and love you BMW, and don't want to deal with the big dealership (what's your phone number so I can look you up in the system) way of doing business, this place is for you. They clearly love these cars too and it shows. They go over everything with you on the phone and take the time to listen to you. A wealth of information and experience. Highly recommend them.
