I’ve always had my car back the same day I bring it in! The staff is always friendly as well!!

Brought my car in to register the battery and look the laundry list of repairs the dealer told me I needed when I went in for a recall. They took the time to check my car and were honest about what was necessary. I will definitely be returning to Motor Works West and referring other BMW owners to them.
Dropped our BMW 5 series for service and another issue problem diagnosed quickly rescheduled for that repair our car was ready when promised, Motor Works is the best I highly recommend.

I have been bringing my cars here since the early 2000s...class act and impeccable work. Too bad they only work on BMW. Really need a place like this for Audi and Jag! Keep up the great work!
