I have been bringing my cars here since the early 2000s...class act and impeccable work. Too bad they only work on BMW. Really need a place like this for Audi and Jag! Keep up the great work!

Just wanted to say thanks for quickly fixing my pesky check engine light. The car had been to other mechanics who were not able to figure it out. I appreciate that Bill took a logical approach to fixing the problem rather than just endlessly bill me for diagnostics, will definitely be going back for anything my car needs.

I brought my 2011 BMW 328i into Motor Works West with a VANOS issue. I was quoted in detail within hours and given some options for additional recommended proactive repairs which I approved as part of the repair. Fast forward a week later I picked up my car. All repairs were made and verified. I spoke with the technician that made the repairs and he took the time to show me all of the defective parts that were replaced with the updated BMW replacements. I am very satisficed with their work and pricing. There where no surprises. I would highly recommend Motor Works West for your BMW repair. Excellent professional service and a first rate staff and facility!
