wouldn't go to anywhere else than Motor Works West for any service on my BMW

I’ve been servicing my 1993 BMW 850CI for many years. They have always provided me with great customer and professional services at reasonable prices.

Had car for two months or so and couldn't fix it. Thinks he found the problem but says there is no part available and won't use an non-oem part which I found in five minutes from a reputable parts company. Also didn't do oil change and other services I had asked them to do for some reason. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

The team knows BMW’s thoroughly so they can accurately diagnose and resolve your problem. You don’t pay for a misdiagnosed problem which can easily occur at regular repair shops, and avoid the wholesale pricing at the dealerships. Very professional!

Great service overall, clear communication and very reasonable price. Steve was very accommodating and pleasant to work with even for someone who has been to their service center for the first time. Highly recommended, I think I found a spot to bring my BMW for future servicing needs.
