After owning multiple Bimmers (5), my last was sold to me with out a warranty. Shame on them or me. Probably me for not catching that over sight. So Ive decided to take my business out of the dealership for the first time. What a pleasure going to MWW. We talked about cars in general and what model i should get into next time. And guided me where i should go and would make a few calls on my behalf. Based upon my needs and i like spaciousness. My service was an oil change. It was by the way less expensive then my previous dealership. It took all of 15minutes. Surprised to say the least. The dealership would have had me there for 2 hours.. Enjoyed everything about the appointment. Everyones knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They are not upselling me. MWW gives you what your car requires. Nothing more. I came in looking for brake work since my indicators told me so but all it turned out to be was a relubrication. Saved me a ton of money when they didn’t have to. Nice work and a quick turnaround.

I was a long-term customer from 2006-2014 when I sold my 2003 325xi. I would not have bought a non-certified pre-owned if I didn’t know about MWW. I recently asked them to go over my 2015 335i xDrive and do a post purchase inspection (I owned the car for a year) and an oil and brake fluid change. These guys are really interested in your car and are glad to answer your questions and concerns. Will be getting tires and a couple of other things soon. You can go to this shop and be confident you and your car will be treated well.
