I had parked my 2012 BMW M3 on a street in Wyckoff and when I went to leave, it would not start. I had read some good reviews about Motor Works West, so I had my M3 towed in there. They diagnosed the problem as the starter, gave me an estimate for the job, and kept me advised on the status of the repair. The repair price seemed reasonable and the car is back on the road running and starting as it did before.

I gave Motor Works West a great review because first and foremost the technicians are honest about the repairs that your BMW needs. I know this because another dealership said I needed my thrush rod bushings replaced. Motorworks West checked and said the work wasn't needed at all. Service appointments are easy to book and the work is completed in a timely manner. Also, service costs are more reasonable once your BMW is older and no longer under warranty.
