I have used this shop a few times over the years for my 2011 Bmw X3. I can tell you they are well qualified, very honest & have great pricing. Numerous times I have come from the dealer where they tell me long list of costly work needed & the guys at Motor Works have inspected the car & either told me no work was actually needed & sent me on my way, or found that only some things were needed & then took care of the issues & at a much better price. Great service, honesty, & good pricing - cant ask for more.

I highly recommend Motor Works West. I use them for regular maintenance and major services. Their work is excellent, they thoroughly check out your car and road test it. Their pricing is very fair and materially lower than dealership rates. Steve recently upgraded my car to a Dinan Stage 2 tune. I am really pleased with the tune. Car runs incredibly and making close to 400HP. When I picked up the car Steve surprised me by removing stains on my rims that I was unable to power wash off. I hadn’t asked him to do this. He did it on his own. I was totally blown away. Really happy with my experiences.

I brought my 2017 M6 into MWW. They installed DINAN P1 package. It transformed my car into a monster. I never been so happy with a shop before. Not to mention how nice their shop is inside! Highly recommend..

I have brought my 2011 X3 here for service over the past few years. What I like most is their honesty. There have been many times I have brought car in thinking it needed something & they tell me it doesnt need it. They are very professional & much better & more affordable then dealer.

Bmw dealer misdiagnosed my car. Brought my car into Motor works west and they got correct on the first try. True master mechanics! I requested pictures of my baby while it was under the knife and they delivered! I will be a life long customer.
