Started work at time of drop off and had a short wait time. In addition to oil change, was given detailed results of vehicle inspection. Very satisfied, as usual.

They scheduled my brake replacement at the last minute which was necessary because I was traveling. Very accommodating and good job!

The warranty on my BMW had just run out when I saw my car had an issue. I was told by several people about Motor Works! I’m so glad. They were fantastic! They showed me and explained exactly what needed to be done! They were so professional and friendly. They fixed my car and took care of all service reqs. I won’t go anywhere else!

My son had my X5 for the Memorial Day long weekend at south shore. The car wouldn't start while he was ready to come home. I had him towed the car directly to Motor Works West directly because I knew they are going to do it right. Dropped the car and key there at night, the next morning I received the call from Steven that the car was ready for pickup. The battery was totally dead. They replaced the battery with my permission, performed short test, registered the battery and cleared fault memory. They also gave some recommendations for further maintenance. The car is good to go again :)
